- Under general direction of designated supervisor, to manage all aspects of a continuous, 24 hour front office operation for a hotel.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
- Post-Graduation and related experience in a similar hotel operation.
- Full knowledge of Revenue management pertaining to hotels.
- Supervisory ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
